Hiring: Child and Adolescent Therapist (Licensed or Associate Licensed) – Awaken Counseling, LLC in Marietta, Georgia
At Awaken Counseling, we provide clients with therapy that results in lasting change by attracting, obtaining, and retaining a team of empathetic, evidence-based therapists who deliver exceptional service and care to their clients.
We invest in each contractor, providing guidance and training to help them learn how to successfully serve clients in private practice. We offer training, help you build a caseload, and provide marketing and referrals.
We also provide administrative support, consultation, a beautiful office space, insurance billing, scheduling, electronic health record access, and a flexible schedule.
We are looking to hire an independent contractor to join our collaborative team, where we work to support our clients and each other.
Pay for full-time:
Fully licensed - $112,000 - $135,000
Associate Licensed up to $84,375 - $101,000
The ideal candidate is:
· Fully licensed as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist or Associate Licensed (LAPC or LMSW)
· Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults
· Preference is given to those who are comfortable working with families and anyone working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist
· Is in good standing with the GA Composite Board and committed to applying the highest ethical standards in the care of clients
· Willing to offer both in-person and virtual sessions
· Able to maintain a caseload of 15-25 clients per week
· Highly motivated with excellent written and verbal skills
· Able to work two afternoons/evenings per week or offer some Saturday hours
· Able and willing to collaborate with other clinicians and attend monthly consultation groups
